For new managed website orders, Launch Essential and Launch Pro package terms govern activation, calendar billing, grace periods and support. Earlier website purchases retain their existing terms.

Accounts and use

Provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and use the platform lawfully. Service accounts are currently separate. You are responsible for content submitted through your account and must have permission to use uploaded images, likenesses and other materials.

Website Builder

The current plan price and access period per business website are displayed in Website Builder before checkout. Payment is manual; we do not deduct renewal charges automatically. An early renewal extends the existing expiry by the purchased period; renewal after expiry starts a new purchased period. Public website access pauses after the paid plan expires. Your saved content stays available to edit, and renewal restores the last published version.

The builder supports verified custom-domain connections and a basic store for physical products and services. Merchant payments require activation of a verified settlement account. Any agreed platform transaction fee is displayed in the merchant workspace. The merchant is responsible for products, fulfilment, returns and customer support. Automated appointment calendars, digital-download stores and advanced integrations require a separate agreed scope.

Prompt purchases

Verified purchases unlock prompt text for copying and use with compatible AI tools, including outside ShopLaunch. Prompt purchases do not include AI generation. Prompt credits, website plans and CreateGH credits remain separate. Provider terms and charges apply when you generate elsewhere.

CreateGH

Tool availability and credit costs are shown before generation. AI outputs can contain inaccuracies, distortions or unintended details. Review outputs before use. We do not promise exclusivity, commercial suitability or a particular creative result.

Payments, support and changes

Purchases are confirmed after payment verification. Test payments do not constitute real purchases. See our refund policy for payment problems. Service availability can be affected by maintenance and external providers. We will communicate material changes to paid service terms.

Misuse and your rights

We may restrict access for unlawful activity, payment abuse or breaches of the acceptable-use rules. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law. Contact support to raise a dispute or account concern.

Retired PromoGH service

PromoGH no longer accepts new registrations, purchases or payout requests. Existing records are retained for reconciliation and support. Retirement does not erase an existing payment, refund or settlement obligation; contact support about historical transactions.

Domain registration and custom work

Domain availability, registration and renewal fees, registrant details and custom-project terms are confirmed in a quote before purchase. A quote request does not reserve a domain or start a project. Applicable cancellation and refund conditions must be agreed before payment.

CreateGH video production

CreateGH is a team-produced image-to-video service. One-time package payments purchase production work, not credits or instant generation. Duration, price, revision policy and accepted terms are recorded with your order. Delivery timing depends on workload and complexity. Review the current policy at CreateGH before payment. Requests outside the agreed scope require review. Refund requests follow our existing refund policy; a request is not a completed refund.
