Information we process

We process account names and emails, authentication information, business profiles, website content, uploaded media, generated outputs, orders, payment references, referral records and technical logs needed to provide and protect the services.

Why we use it

To create and manage accounts, provide requested website and creative services, fulfil purchases, verify payments, attribute eligible sales, send account and renewal messages, respond to support requests and investigate misuse.

Providers and sharing

Paystack processes payments. AI requests and submitted media may be sent to OpenAI and Replicate when you use relevant features. Namecheap provides hosting and email infrastructure. These providers may process information outside Ghana. We send the information needed for the requested service; review their policies when deciding what to submit.

Publishing a website or enabling a public share link makes the selected content accessible to others. Marketplace order details may be shared with the relevant seller for fulfilment.

Cookies

Service accounts use session cookies to keep you signed in. PromoGH may use consent-based referral tracking to attribute eligible purchases. On public ShopLaunch and builder marketing pages, Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It measures visits, general device information and referral sources. Google may process this data outside Ghana. We do not intentionally send account details, order references, URL query strings or private page content. Analytics cookies identify a browser; our consent cookie remembers your choice for six months across these subdomains. Change your choice through Cookie settings on public pages. Rejecting analytics leaves the services available. Advertising features are disabled in this integration. Builder website analytics record aggregate page views without tracking cookies; repeated requests are limited and Do Not Track preferences are respected. Private receipt links grant access to the matching order and should be kept confidential.

First-party visitor statistics

We also measure public-page traffic on our own server independently of optional Google Analytics. This uses no analytics cookies or browser storage. We process a network address and browser information to derive a daily changing keyed code for estimated visitor counts; raw addresses and browser strings are not stored in this statistics table. We store the public page path, referring hostname, broad device category, time and daily code for up to 31 days, with old records removed on subsequent collection or dashboard access. Private account and admin pages are excluded. Known bots are filtered; counts remain estimates. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals opt out of this collection. These statistics are available only to authorized administrators and are not sent to Google or Meta.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed for active services, support, security, payment reconciliation and applicable record-keeping obligations. Expiry of a website plan does not automatically delete your content.

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. You may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission about a privacy concern.

Protecting your information

Do not submit passwords, payment PINs, full card details or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. No online service can promise absolute security.

AI support chat

When you send a question, your message and up to six recent chat messages may be sent to OpenAI to prepare an answer. Chat text is kept in the current browser page memory, not in a ShopLaunch conversation database. Clearing chat or closing the page removes that local history; it does not erase data already processed by a provider. OpenAI processing remains subject to its applicable policies. We keep daily usage counters and a hashed network identifier for up to eight UTC dates to limit abuse and costs. Do not submit passwords, PINs, payment credentials or sensitive personal information. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp; messages are sent only when you choose to send them there.

Managed website service records

We store your submitted business requirements, package and consent records, development progress, private uploads, support requests, domain records, payment references and subscription dates to deliver your website service. You and authorized administrators can access your private order content. Email providers process notification delivery. Payment details are handled by Paystack; we do not store raw card credentials. Cancellation or suspension does not immediately delete these records. Contact support to request access, export or deletion, subject to required financial-record retention.

CreateGH images and videos

We process your image, creative brief, contact information and finished video to fulfil your production order. Authorized staff and selected production providers may process files for this purpose. Order files are private by default; marketing use requires separate optional consent. The retention period is disclosed at purchase. Request deletion through your order dashboard, subject to legitimate financial, legal and security record retention. Expiring download links should be kept private.
