When does my subscription start?

When we publish your approved website. Payment secures development; build time does not consume your service period. We agree the timeline after reviewing your content.

What do I pay yearly?

Essential is GH₵2,990 upfront for 12 months, saving GH₵598 — approximately GH₵249.17 per month. Pro is GH₵4,990 upfront, saving GH₵998 — approximately GH₵415.83 per month.

Are domains included?

Setup of one approved domain is included. Registration and renewal fees, premium software, business email and provider transaction fees are separate and need your approval.

How do renewals and cancellation work?

Renew manually through your dashboard. We schedule email reminders and allow a seven-day grace period. Unpaid service is suspended after grace without immediately deleting content. Request cancellation in your dashboard; confirmed cancellation normally ends service at the end of the paid period.

Do I have to build the website myself?

No. ShopLaunch personnel develop, review and publish your website. You provide your business content, review the draft and track progress through your dashboard.
